Great buying experience with Subaru Manassas special shout out to Gabe Obenwa who made it too easy and less stressful especially during these COVID times and with a newborn child. He worked with me mostly over the phone and through text messages. James Turner who did the “Love-Encore delivery” was also superb! He answered all our questions and explained features of our new Subaru Ascent thoroughly. All in all exceptional buying experience!

Great dealer. Chris Routten proved to us, that the phrase " browns buy happy" is not just a slogan. He gave my mom a refresher course on the Outback she purchased from a competitor dealershis out of state, and stayed with us on our deal. Shelly from the service department helped resolve left over equipment issues for my mom. Don't buy a headache somewhere else- buy browns- Browns is the best.
